The Challenge
FlowOps was manually copying data between HubSpot, Stripe, Notion, and Intercom. Onboarding new customers took 45 minutes of manual work per account, support tickets weren't being routed correctly, and the team was spending 3 hours a day on tasks that could be automated.
Our Solution
We built a comprehensive N8N automation stack covering customer onboarding (triggered by Stripe webhooks), support ticket routing, weekly KPI digest delivery to Slack, and a two-way HubSpot–Notion sync. All workflows include error handling and a monitoring dashboard.
