A page won't load or shows “Connection sealed”
- Tap Refresh or Reconnect to give the tab a new permit.
- Check that the address starts with https://. Plain HTTP and local network addresses are blocked by default.
- If the site relies on a blocked tracker domain, some features may not work. This is expected.
A Tor tab is slow to open
- The first Tor tab after launch builds a circuit, which usually takes 30 to 45 seconds.
- Make sure your network allows Tor. Some workplace and public networks block it.
- Close every Tor tab and open a new one to restart the connection.
A proxy tab won't connect
- Re-check the host, port, type (SOCKS5 or HTTP) and credentials.
- Confirm the proxy works from another app on the same network.
- Remove the saved proxy and add it again.
I can't sign in to my profile
- Passphrases are case-sensitive and at least 10 characters long.
- If biometric unlock fails, enter the passphrase instead.
- A forgotten passphrase cannot be recovered. Use Reset profile to start over.
