Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using VRN Browser, you agree to these terms and to the VRN Browser Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use VRN Browser only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

VRN Digital grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VRN Browser on devices you own or control. VRN Browser is provided free of charge. You may not:

• •Sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the app
• •Copy, modify or create derivative works of the app, except as permitted by law
• •Reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where applicable law expressly allows it
• •Remove or alter any VRN Digital trademarks, notices or branding

The app and all related rights remain the property of VRN Digital and its licensors.

You are responsible for how you use VRN Browser. You agree not to use it to:

• •Break any law that applies to you, or infringe anyone else's rights
• •Access systems, networks or accounts you are not authorized to access
• •Distribute malware, spam or content that exploits or harms others
• •Interfere with the security features of the app or the services it connects to

Tor and proxy tabs route traffic through networks that VRN Digital does not operate or control. The use of Tor, proxies or encryption is restricted in some countries; you are responsible for complying with local law. These features reduce what websites learn about you but do not guarantee anonymity, and performance depends on networks outside our control.

VRN Browser lets you access websites run by others. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for their content, products, availability or privacy practices. Tracker blocking and HTTPS upgrades are best-effort protections and may not catch every threat or may cause some sites to work differently.

Your profile, history and settings exist only on your device. We cannot see, back up or restore them. If you forget your profile passphrase, it cannot be recovered and the profile must be reset. Panic wipe, Clear history and Reset profile permanently remove data and cannot be undone. Keeping your device and passphrase secure is your responsibility.

We may release updates that add, change or remove features, and some features may require a recent operating system version. We may stop offering or supporting the app at any time. Keeping the app updated is recommended so you receive security fixes.

VRN Browser contains encryption technology and is subject to export control laws. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a comprehensive embargo and are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties, and you agree not to export the app in violation of those laws.

VRN Browser is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of vulnerabilities, or that it will protect you against every form of tracking, surveillance or attack.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRN Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use VRN Browser. Because the app is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

You may stop using VRN Browser at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms. Sections 6, 7 and 10 to 13 survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where VRN Digital is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when it is posted on this page with a new date. Continuing to use VRN Browser after that means you accept the updated terms.
